Kazak Model 10 Sharpener Black - set

A device designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. It guarantees accurate and stable clamping of the knife in the clamps, and at the same time allows you to rotate the knife without removing it. The sharpening process is quick and safe, requiring no advanced skills from the user. The set includes an electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones of different gradation levels.

The base is made of steel, coated with durable powder paint and equipped with rubber inserts, which ensure stability during operation. The guide with a diameter of 8 mm and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra was created from alloy steel, characterized by high resistance to damage. The clamps are made of aluminum alloy 7075, which was additionally heat-treated to increase strength.

The sharpening angle is adjusted by raising or lowering the hinge assembly on the vertical post. The swivel mechanism is based on a double-row ball bearing with a built-in axle. The model also adds a built-in hook and a removable frame - simply unscrew two screws to check the knife's cutting edge without having to remove it from the clamps.
