Kazak Model 10 sharpening system - Black

A tool crafted for sharpening knives of any shape and size. It ensures precise and stable knife clamping within the clamps, and also permits you to rotate the knife without removal. The sharpening is fast and secure, not requiring any advanced skills from the user. The kit comes with an electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones of various grit levels.

The steel base is finished with a tough powder paint and features rubber inserts for stable operation. The guide, with an 8 mm diameter and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra, is crafted from alloy steel, known for its superior damage resistance. Clamps are constructed from aluminum alloy 7075 and have undergone additional heat-treatment to enhance strength.

The sharpening angle can be adjusted by moving the hinge assembly up or down on the vertical post. The swivel mechanism relies on a double-row ball bearing with an integrated axle. This model includes a built-in hook as well as a detachable frame—simply remove two screws to inspect the knife's cutting edge without taking it out of the clamps.
