Kazak Model 10 sharpening system

A device designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. It enables you to securely and precisely clamp the knife, while allowing rotation without needing to remove it. The sharpening process is quick, safe, and requires no special skills from the user. The set includes an electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones with different grits.

The steel base is enhanced with rubber inserts to ensure stability during use. The entire piece is coated with a durable layer of powder paint. Constructed from alloy steel, the guide has a diameter of 8 mm and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra, providing resistance to damage. The clamps are made from robust 7075 aluminum and are fortified through heat treatment.

The sharpening angle is fully adjustable by altering the height of the hinge assembly on the vertical post. The swivel feature incorporates a double-row ball bearing with an integrated axle. Additionally, this model includes a built-in hook and a detachable frame—just unscrew two screws to inspect the knife's cutting edge without needing to remove it from the clamps.
