Great thermal shirt, it doesn't irritate the skin and keeps warmth well, while allowing the skin to breathe. I tested it at 7°C on a chilly evening, putting just a hoodie over it – it was very comfortable. I also bought the matching bottoms and I think together they make an excellent set for winter days.

The shirt performed well during trekking in the Bieszczady Mountains. At first it was a bit tight, but it quickly fitted to my body. The sizing is accurate – XXL is ideal for 192 cm tall with a normal build. It is excellent as a first layer for dressing in layers. Despite temperatures below 10°C and windy conditions, I didn’t feel cold or overheated. The mesh material under the arms effectively prevents sweating.

The thermal shirt is lightweight, stretchy and well made. At 1.68 m tall, 98 cm chest and 68 kg, I chose size L – it is a bit loose in the torso, while the sleeves are slightly long and a little tight. The merino wool works great and I intend to buy another shirt, this time in size M. The material is thin, but does its job. I recommend it.

Regarding the size: I am a slim person, and even so it was quite hard for me to fit into an M, in the end I had to return it. If you're unsure about the size, definitely go for a bigger one. Other than that, the shirt seems warm and well-made.
