Bolle X800 Tactical Goggles

Tactical goggles equipped with a transparent panoramic visor of increased durability, protected against fogging (inside) and scratching (outside). The profiled frame of thermal rubber and black nylon allows for a snug fit to the face. The design enables quick replacement, facilitating adaptation to conditions and user requirements. The ergonomic shape ensures a good fit to the face, guaranteeing high comfort even with long-term use.

Resistant panoramic visors, PLATINUM coating

The panoramic visor with a thickness of 2.33 mm is created from resistant polycarbonate, providing 92% visible light transmission, translating to high comfort indoors. The PLATINUM coating increases scratch and fog resistance, ensuring a clear image in various conditions. The visor manufacturing technology eliminates image distortion, even at the edges of the field of view. Ventilation holes between the lens and the frame support air circulation and reduce fogging even in extreme temperatures. The frame design allows for the installation of a corrective insert.

Durable frames, quick-release system

The snug fit to the face is ensured by a profiled frame made of thermal rubber and black nylon. Stable retention on the head is guaranteed by a rubber-nylon, wide strap with adjustable length. The strap attachment to the goggle frame is via "floating" hooks, which ensure the frame fits snugly to the face.

Standards and certificates

The model meets the following standards:

  • STANAG 2920 (V50 867.6 km/h - 241m/s) - NATO standard that defines the ballistic resistance testing method, particularly against fragment impacts. The V50 test conducted on the goggles determined the speed at which a bullet has a 50% chance of penetrating the visor material at 867.6 km/h - 241m/s.
  • CE certificate - confirms the product's compliance with European requirements for professional personal protective equipment.
  • 92% light transmission - the goggle visor features visible light transmission at the 90% level.
  • UV protection - the visor provides complete protection against UV radiation (blocking a minimum of 99.9%).

The glasses additionally meet the requirements of EN 166 standard for eye protection and provide effective protection against ultraviolet radiation in accordance with EN 170 (100% UV).

The BT designation relates to mechanical resistance:

  • B - resistance to low-energy particle impacts (object weighing 0.86 g moving at 120 m/s)
  • T - maintaining mechanical resistance in extreme temperatures

STANAG 2920 feature
STANAG 2920

STANAG 2920 is a NATO standard for ballistic protection. It defines general test methods to measure the ability of materials to stop bullets and shrapnel. The standard defines the V50 parameter, which determines the velocity in meters per second (m/s) at which a projectile can penetrate a given material with 50% probability.

EN166 feature
EN166

EN166 is a European standard for optical requirements and mechanical protection for glasses and goggles. Optical requirements include light transmission and diffusion, refractive properties, heat and UV resistance, corrosion and ignition. Mechanical protection is the resistance to object impact, within which there are 4 levels designated by the letters S, F, B and A, where S is the least protection and A is the highest.

EN170 feature
EN170

EN170 standard specifies protection levels and transmittance requirements for UV protection filters. Protective glasses complying with this standard provide the necessary protection against excessive ultraviolet radiation, which can lead to loss of visual clarity and deterioration of vision.

I've been using these goggles for a few months at the shooting range and during training, and what I appreciate most is their ventilation – even with intense exertion and sweating, the lens has never fogged up, which was a problem with my previous goggles. They also work very well together with corrective glasses. I think the price for this level of equipment is quite reasonable. I can confidently recommend them.

The goggles are very comfortable to use and do not fog up, as the protruding lens guarantees good air circulation. I’m giving 4 stars because, after putting them on, there is a slight gap between the nose and the eye (where the rubber part is), which could allow a pellet to get in. Of course, this depends on your individual face shape, so I recommend trying them on in person. Personally, I am looking for other goggles that will fit better.

These tactical goggles perform excellently in demanding conditions where eye protection is important. The strap is comfortable and does not press against the back of the head, and the soft frame fits well and does not shift even during dynamic movements.

I was encouraged by the reviews and the great price (134 PLN), so it was a shame not to buy! I have a head circumference of 60 cm and they fit perfectly! The wide straps hold the goggles excellently! The ventilation system is well designed! It seems unlikely that they could fog up! I mainly bought them for mountain hikes when the snow blows strongly in your face! They look fantastic! I am very satisfied with the purchase! As usual, super fast shipping from the Militaria store! I sincerely recommend!

Very well made, plus nice accessories in the set. They might press a bit on the face, or maybe I did something wrong. Unfortunately, larger prescription glasses won't fit under these goggles.

These tactical goggles perform well in tough conditions when eye protection is key. The strap is comfortable and doesn't press at the back of the head, and the cushion by the frame doesn't get in the way or loosen, even during intense movement.

These are my first airsoft goggles, and after reading the reviews, I completely agree! The goggles never fog up, they've been hit by BBs several times and still show no marks. They're comfortable, fit perfectly with fast-type helmets and cover the whole forehead. Definitely recommended.

I've had these goggles for about 8–9 years and even though I haven't taken much care of them, I still haven't found anything better. They barely fog up at all and work great with stalker-type masks. The only downside is that I have to take off my glasses and use contacts, which is a bit inconvenient, but that's a personal thing. I recently bought a helmet; I'll see how things are with fogging now, but with a little fan, they should still work fine.

They look interesting and seem solid. During winter games they didn’t fog up, but if someone wants to wear them over glasses, even smaller frames might have trouble fitting.

A top-shelf product. Practically no fogging. It's worth paying extra for a premium brand like Bolle and forget about fogged-up goggles forever.

Very good goggles, they have excellent ventilation and protect the eyes perfectly. They've been hit by BBs a few times and there wasn't even the slightest mark or scratch left on them.

The goggles are fantastic. They don’t fog up, which is a huge advantage. Mouth vapour sometimes slightly settles on the lens, but it doesn’t bother me at all. Definitely worth recommending.

Let me put it this way: you sweat and your glasses fog up, which is very annoying because you can't see anything. It's worth buying these goggles – the price reflects their effectiveness. I wholeheartedly recommend them, it's better to pay once than to keep getting frustrated. They don't fog up, and the only issue is occasional water condensation on the lens, which slightly blurs the view. Still, I'd rather have that than foggy vision during intense activity. I recommend them!

Product as described, I plan to use it at the shooting range and during airsoft games. The goggles fit the face well, the protective lens is slightly separated from the frame, so apart from sweat, they hardly fog up. The set also includes an unboxing video with other products (including Bolle x800). If you care about eye protection, it's worth investing in better quality equipment (e.g., Bolle). Remember – you can fix your teeth, stitch up your skin, but you can't get new eyes. In my opinion, they are definitely worth the price.

I recently bought these goggles because sweat made it hard to see when using glasses before. These goggles are really comfortable and don't fog up at all for me. Occasionally, a bit of sweat gets in when I adjust my glasses, but that's totally normal. I had a 3-hour game today and had no problems whatsoever. I recommend them!
