Best alternative to Paracord 550, sufficiently sturdy and significantly smaller/lighter. It’s enough to tension a tarp or something similar. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Four-core cord with a diameter of 2.4 mm made of durable nylon. It is a thinner version of the traditional Paracord 550 parachute cord. The cord is resistant to mold and UV radiation, and will not discolor.
The static strength is 125 kg, or 275 pounds.
It is useful during outdoor activities, among other things, for trouncing and securing equipment, as a braided knife handle, or for hanging laundry on a camping trip.

Very good, versatile cord. It is thinner than regular paracord, so it takes up much less space in your backpack. An additional advantage is the reflective colour, which makes it easier to see, for example when securing a tarp, reducing the risk of tripping over the cord.

This is already my second cord of this type – it is really durable and better priced than, for example, M-Tac. I use it as a tarp line and for guy lines – it works perfectly and takes up much less space in the tarp pouch than standard 550 paracord.

The cord is of very good quality, lightweight and compact. Useful both on outdoor excursions and for everyday use. An essential part of an EDC kit. I recommend it.

Durable cord, just like all products from this company. The universal cross-section allows you to use it in many ways. It is compact and very strong. When buying a cord, it is worth choosing this brand. Another advantage is the colour, which helps to camouflage the cord outdoors if that's important. I confidently recommend Atwood cords, as the quality is really high.

A great piece of paracord – long, solid, and resistant. It has the perfect thickness for making a keyring or a knife handle wrap. In case of need, it can replace shoelaces or be used to tension guy lines for a tent.
-
Thin and strong cord that is perfect for tying prusiks for tensioning a tarp, but also for other uses. It’s worth having it with you when heading outdoors. First-rate quality. Recommended.
-
This is one of the thinner cords, but it comes in handy where you don't need a very strong string, for example for shoelaces or hanging a tarp (very nice, deep brown). I recommend it.
-
A practical, medium-thickness cord, ideal for zip pullers. Atwood always guarantees top quality – I recommend it for all uses!

Atwood cords are an excellent choice, they are market leaders. The 275 version has the perfect thickness for example for zip ends. Huge range of colours and many possible uses.

Very good cord, the 2.4 mm size was perfect for making prusiks on my main tarp line. The ends need to be thoroughly melted so they don’t fray from the sheath. The cord is durable and has a nice colour. Knots hold very well.
