Compact Binoculars

The main difference is the size of the binoculars' tube. With such small diameters, magnification greater than the aforementioned 10-12x will make it difficult for us to find the object we want to look at, since the human hand is not a tripod, the image will vibrate or jump with even the slightest movement of ours.

An important point that you will notice right away is the design of the compact binoculars. Unlike their full-size versions, compact binoculars are designed with Roof (Roof-prism) construction. It means that, the lenses are placed in one line, there is no need to use prisms as in the case of binoculars with Porro design. Thanks to this solution, the binoculars retain their performance while reducing their size. The compact binoculars feature focus adjustment by turning a knob located on the "roof" between the eyepieces. The classic way of adjusting focus will allow anyone to quickly master the operation of the binoculars. In addition, as in most models, so in compact binoculars we can also adjust the distance of the lens from the eye (for example: when looking through the binoculars with corrective glasses) and the diopter on the right eyepiece, with which we can compensate for small differences between the left and right eye.
