At first, I used a Petzel headlamp, but unfortunately its batteries leaked. Now I have a Princeton and I can compare—the current one is better in my opinion, fits better, and has a red light. I can recommend it to those who are undecided.
A lightweight and compact headlamp with a maximum output of 200 lumens. It is equipped with four Ultrabright LEDs, three of which emit a wide beam of white light and one of which emits red light.
It is made of durable composite and is weatherproof according to IPX4 rating.
The model is equipped with a handle with adjustable head angle, an easily accessible battery compartment and a large on/off button. The headlamp's mounting is compatible with MOLLE/PALS systems. An elastic band provides comfortable wear.
The headlamp is powered by 3 AAA batteries included or rechargeable NiCad and NiMH batteries.
Operating modes/lighting time/range:

Very good tactical flashlight, perfect for discreet use. It starts in red mode at the lowest power, and by holding the button longer you can switch to white mode, which works great. This is exactly the kind of equipment I needed. The build quality is flawless. I haven't checked the waterproofing yet. The price is high, but definitely worth it.

I have been using this headlamp for a long time and it has never let me down. The option to turn on the red light first is very useful, especially when you want to stay unnoticed.
