The sharpener is very comfortable to use. After pulling the knife through, you get nice shavings. I definitely recommend it.

I have no experience sharpening knives, which is why I chose this sharpener. As a complete beginner, I can say that after a few strokes, the kitchen knives are so sharp that cutting and peeling vegetables became easy and pleasant. If I had to make the purchase decision again, I would choose Lansky Deluxe Quick EDGE again. An added bonus is the comfortable, rubber grip. I also heard that you can replace the stones.
