Operating temperatures for the Carinthia Tropen sleeping bag are specified in accordance with EN 13537:
- T-comfort: 9.4 C – the minimum temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: 5.1 C – the lowest temperature a man can sleep in without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -7.9 C – the absolute minimum temperature for survival. Not advised for frequent use.
Shelltrans material
The outer layer is crafted from lightweight, water-resistant Shelltrans fabric, which loosely envelops the inner layer, creating an effective insulation barrier. Designed with polyamide, the interior is renowned for its low moisture absorption and enhanced resistance to mechanical damage.
G-Loft filling, Thermoflect
