Durable sleeping bag in a green color version, with a mummy-style design with an integrated mosquito net, ensures a comfortable body position and freedom of movement while sleeping. Made of high-quality polyamide, with a durable outer layer and G-Loft filling.

The operating temperatures of the Carinthia Tropen sleeping bag were determined in accordance with EN 13537:

• T-comfort: 9.4 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
• T-limit: 5.1 degrees Celsius - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
• T-extreme: -7.9 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which one can survive in the sleeping bag. This is not a value recommended for standard use.

The outer layer is made of lightweight and moisture-resistant Shelltrans material, which lies loosely against the inner part, creating an additional insulating layer. The inner part is made of polyamide with low moisture absorption and high tear resistance.

The inside of the sleeping bag is filled with lightweight synthetic G-Loft down, responsible for maintaining thermal comfort. The insulation retains its thermal properties even after getting wet, washing, and intensive use. The Thermoflect layer provides additional protection by reflecting the heat generated by the body and retaining it inside the sleeping bag.

The trapezoidal construction in the foot area provides maximum legroom, while also helping retain heat inside more effectively.

The Tropen model can work in combination with other sleeping bags as an inner insulating layer. This solution provides high thermal efficiency of the system and effective wicking away of excess moisture, which translates into thermal comfort in temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius. The Sleeping Bag System - Defence 4 technology and the materials used are responsible for the low weight and compact packed size.

The sleeping bag is equipped with a two-way zipper located on the left side, which allows it to be fully unzipped. Thanks to the Anti Snag system, the material does not get caught in the zipper. A velcro flap located at the top of the zipper reduces the risk of accidental unzipping during sleep.

The built-in hood in the sleeping bag increases thermal protection by shielding the head and limiting heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape also provides an additional barrier against wind and moisture. The sleeping bag is also equipped with a built-in mosquito net, located in a flap with snap fasteners in the front section, attached around the hood with a zipper.

The sleeping bag is 230 cm long, 87 cm wide in the upper part, and 65 cm wide in the lower part. It weighs approximately 1300 g. When packed, it measures approximately 19 x 25 cm.

The set includes a compression sack with snap buckles that secures the sleeping bag during transport and protects it from dirt and damage.
