How to use:
. Take a single serving of the product - 4 capsules, wash down with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings daily. On workout days: 1 serving 30 min before the first meal, 2 serving 30 min before training, 3 serving immediately after training. On non-workout days: 1 serving 30 min before first meal, 2 serving 30 min before main meal, 3 serving before bedtime.
