Skyfood Ready Meal Pork stew with grits and mushrooms

A wholesome meal ready to eat after heating. Pork stew with porridge and mushrooms is packaged in a self-heating can, which makes it possible to prepare a warm meal without the need for water, electricity, gas or a microwave oven.

• Remove the plastic top lid and place it on the bottom of the can. Remove the skewer and the condiments.
• Open the outer metal lid.
• Using the metal skewer, vigorously pierce all the holes in the can. Press the skewer to the very bottom of each hole.
• Open the inner lid by pulling the pin.
• Wait a moment and stir the contents of the can, being careful - hot steam may come out of the holes.
• Stir the contents of the can regularly. After 6 minutes the meal will be ready for consumption.
