Good quality diamond sharpening plates. The set is universal – it allows you to restore a damaged cutting edge and then sharpen it. I am not sure about their durability, but I suspect that the low price may be due to their longevity. However, when I decided on this product, I was aware of that and I have no reason to complain :)
