The Harakiri Cleaver knife is made of AUS-8 steel. One of the characteristics of this steel is its high chromium content and vanadium additives. Chromium positively affects the anti-corrosive properties of the steel and vanadium gives good wear resistance. This makes the Samura knife great for use in the kitchen.
The Cleaver type knife is perfect for portioning and chopping meat.
The handle is made of plastic, which provides a firm grip thanks to its contoured shape and is easy to clean.
