Peli Air Case 1755 Transport Case - Black

Black transport case created from durable and damage-resistant material patented by Peli, combining HPX2 polymer materials. It effectively protects the contents during transport and storage. The model meets the IP67 sealing standard, which protects the contents against water and dust. Additionally protected against mechanical damage and pressure changes, which ensures safe air transport.

The housing is made of impact-resistant HPX2 resin manufactured through injection moulding. The material is characterised by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of atmospheric factors such as humidity, dust or variable temperatures, with low weight. The construction with an O-ring provides an IP67 sealing standard, which means full protection against dust and resistance to immersion in water up to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam that effectively dampens shocks and protects the contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows adaptation to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and reducing movement during transport. The solution allows for individual adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is essential for delicate, shock-sensitive equipment.

Reinforced lid closed with 6 strong Press and Pull type self-locking clamps, allowing easy one-hand operation, with additional holes for securing the contents with padlocks. The open interior of the case allows for free arrangement and organisation of contents. On the longer and shorter sides are rubberised transport handles, providing a secure grip. Additionally, a retractable transport handle is placed on the shorter side.

The case meets the certification requirements of MIL-SPEC, guaranteeing a professional level of protection for transporting sensitive equipment. Its resistance includes, among others, tests for low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact in accordance with DEF STAN 81-41, the standard used for military-class equipment.

The case is equipped with an automatic pressure equalisation valve that compensates for pressure differences between the inside and the environment, facilitating opening after altitude or temperature changes. The valve body is made from ABS, and the venting element from hydrophobic fibre Hi-Flow Gore-Tex, ensuring tightness and reliable equipment protection in demanding transport conditions.

The case is additionally equipped with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, facilitating movement. The smooth operation of the wheels is ensured by steel ball bearings.
