Peli Air Case 1755 Transport Case - Black

Black transport case made from durable and damage-resistant HPX2 polymer materials patented by Peli. Effectively protects contents during transport and storage. The model meets IP67 waterproof standard, ensuring protection against water and dust. Additionally protected against mechanical damage and pressure changes, ensuring safe transport by plane.

The casing is made from impact-resistant HPX2 resin that is injection molded. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of atmospheric factors such as humidity, dust, or changing temperatures, while maintaining a low weight. The O-ring construction ensures the IP67 waterproof standard, meaning full protection against dust and resistance to water immersion up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam that effectively dampens shocks and protects contents from mechanical damage. The insert structure allows for adaptations to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and reducing movement during transport. This solution allows for individual customization of protection level according to the type of equipment being transported, which is important for delicate, shock-sensitive equipment.

Reinforced lid closed using 6 solid self-latching clasps of the Press and Pull type, allowing easy one-handed operation, with additional holes for securing contents with padlocks. The open interior of the case allows for free arrangement and organization of contents. Rubberized transport handles on the longer and shorter sides provide a secure grip. Additionally, a retractable transport handle is located on the shorter side.

The case meets MIL-SPEC certification requirements, guaranteeing professional protection for the transportation of sensitive equipment - its durability includes tests for low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact according to DEF STAN 81-41, a standard used for military-grade equipment.

The case features an automatic pressure equalization valve that compensates for pressure differences between the interior and the environment, facilitating opening after changes in altitude or temperature. The valve body is made of ABS, and the venting element is made from hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex fabric, ensuring tightness and reliable protection of equipment in demanding transport conditions.

The case is additionally equipped with wheels made from wear-resistant PU, which facilitate movement. The smooth operation of the wheels is provided by steel ball bearings.
