Recommended daily serving: pó³ measures 3 times daily with meals or before workouts. Dissolve one scoop (1.6 g of powder) in 50 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
