Ballistic glasses equipped with frames made of lightweight and durable O Matter® material. Oakley Three-Point Fit technology maximises comfort while keeping the lenses precisely aligned with the eyes. The nose pads are made of Unobtainium®, a hydrophilic material. The carefully selected shape ensures that the glasses fit a variety of face sizes. The low-profile frame design allows for the use of hearing protection systems and communication sets. It is also worth noting that they are fully compatible with MICH, ACH, CVC, PASGT, Ops-Core®, Team Wendy®, Crye™ helmets and similar models.
The glasses provide a very high level of protection. They meet or exceed the requirements of the MIL PRF 32432 ballistic standard and the ANSI Z87.1-2003/2010 standard. The interchangeable lenses are made using Oakley High Definition Optics (HDO®) technology from high-quality Plutonite® polycarbonate, giving them high optical quality. The visor is replaced by unscrewing the Torx screws using the included wrench. The lenses also provide full protection against harmful UVA/UVB radiation and blue light with wavelengths up to 400 nm.
The model is equipped with a tinted Grey visor with a visible light transmission of 17%. The lenses are designed for use in medium to bright lighting conditions. They meet MCEPS requirements for neutrality and chromaticity. The visor’s neutral contrast is perfect for sunny days.
