This is my favourite first aid kit. It's not overloaded, but it really holds a lot and has brilliantly designed, practical compartments – even an 18-inch splint fits easily in the back part, and there's still space left! The only thing I miss is a quick-opening strap, but if someone needs it, it's easy to sew one on.

Tactical kit made of durable 1000D Cordura. Equipped with a mounting system MOLLE that allows you to attach it to your belt, backpack or tactical vest.
The loader opens with a YKK zipper finished with a trocpe, allowing comfortable operation even with gloves.
Inside there are elastic straps for organizing medical equipment items. On the front red thread embroidered medical cross.
The kit includes a removable MOLLE panel attached with Velcro. Allows you to quickly tear off the first aid kit and separate it from the rest of your equipment. This allows you to place it anywhere or hand it over to another person during medical assistance.
The name MM-14 is an abbreviation of маскувальний малюнок (maskuval'nyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when this camouflage was officially approved. The pattern references the American UCP camouflage, but shades matched to the colors naturally occurring in Ukraine were chosen. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important element of the reform of the Ukrainian army aimed at breaking away from post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, the MM-14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.

I finally found the first aid kit I needed. After testing the too-small models M-tac Elite Small and Helikon Modular Individual Med Kit, all my stuff for the shooting range now fits without a problem. Very solid workmanship, great compartments and straps to organize the contents, everything in the perfect size.
