An embroidered patch depicting a military version of Hello Kitty. It is made of abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, which does not lose color when exposed to the sun. The emblem is equipped with one-sided Velcro used to attach the patch to, among other things, a uniform, cap, hip bag or backpack.
Morale Patch patches are worn by soldiers and other services alongside patches specific to their own unit to "boost morale." They provide a kind of identifying and unifying element for the group and are part of soldier humor.
