Leatherman Wave Plus Multitool with sheath

Excellent multifunctional tool. Sturdy, compact, versatile, the Wave Plus is a must-have for the outdoors, survivalism, or simply for those who like this type of tool.

I previously used the regular Wave, which worked excellently as a daily EDC. I am currently using this version and it is just as practical, perhaps even better. The tool is solidly made, from good materials, and is the right size. I always carry it with me. I recommend shopping at militaria.pl.

The Leatherman Wave Plus is a multitool with a very durable build and wide-ranging uses. The tool is made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan even with frequent use. The components open effortlessly, and the locks feel solid and secure. The pliers, knives, saw, and screwdrivers work precisely and comfortably. It’s an excellent choice for DIY enthusiasts, travellers, and technical workers alike. The Plus version, with the possibility to replace the plier blades, is a great upgrade over the older model. The high quality and utility are worth the price.

I have a Leatherman Wingman and I decided to switch to the Wave+ because... In my previous multitool, after many years of use I started to miss a few things: - The Wingman is smaller and when opened it didn’t fit that well in my hand, especially since I have large hands; - The Wingman has non-replaceable wire-cutter blades that became blunt and I couldn't do anything about them anymore; - There is no place for bits – only a fixed Phillips and flathead, which don’t lock and that’s a problem if you need to use a lot of force and the tool starts folding up; - It doesn’t have small screwdrivers, e.g. for glasses; - On the Wingman, the knife blade is a combination of plain and serrated, whereas on the Wave+ they’re separate. Overall, all the tools on the Wave+ are bigger than those on the Wingman. The plus of the Wingman is the spring-loaded pliers, which are missing a bit on the Wave+. On the Wave+ some parts, like the bit slot or bottle opener, could be a bit bigger because they’re minimal and hard to grip – especially when you’re wearing gloves. Buying the Wave+ was a great decision – I don’t regret it and I recommend it to everyone. The price is high, but the product really is worth it. I also got a personalised engraving and the quality is very high. As for the shop Militaria.pl, as always I highly recommend – best selection, prices and service. I only shop there.

The multitool is durable, and its quality matches the price. Out of the box, the hinges move slowly, so according to the manufacturer's recommendations, it's worth lubricating the friction points. The only downside is the steel Leatherman used for the blades – I expected better quality at this price.

I rate it 10/10, although I thought it would be bigger. A nice feature is that it can be opened with one hand. The blades are very good, especially the scissors. I was surprised that the holster has a very narrow slot for the belt, which makes it difficult to put on a thick belt, but thanks to this it does not move.

Great tool, well thought-out set of functions. Compared to other models, the scissors are a bit small, but at least they are there. In the end, though, I chose the ARC model, as I preferred its range of tools.

A few months ago, my sister and I bought this model for Dad's 60th birthday. Dad, who is quite a sensible man, thanked us for the cool gadget :) However, after the multitool saved him twice already in his car, he really appreciated it and even sometimes asks me about the details of how it works. At first, he thought it was too expensive – now he says it’s worth every penny. In my opinion, the device is very durable and excellently designed. It fits very well in the hand, and the elegant case is an extra bonus.

As always, the equipment is made very solidly. It works both at work and outside of it. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates the durability of materials and long-term use.

This is my next Leatherman multitool – this time I went for the classic and I'm very satisfied. You can immediately feel the high quality of workmanship, and the toolset is well-selected. For the first time, I have the option of using interchangeable screwdriver bits – a great convenience. Blades are solid, and the pliers are also quite good. I recommend it!

Every tool in the multitool is solid and well aligned. It is suitable both for the workshop and for outdoor trips. The quality of workmanship is very high.

The Wave+ is an exceptional multitool, and thanks to the ability to expand with a bit driver and bits, it becomes extremely versatile – great for home, work, travel, and as an important part of an EDC or BOB kit. The Polish version, although only available in silver (unfortunately not black), has an important addition: a carton-cutting blade known from the Charge and Surge models. The leather holster is luxurious and good for presentation, but for field use, a Cordura or nylon holster will be better. The tool is beautifully made, very sharp, the pliers work flawlessly, can be opened with one hand, and the scissors really cut well. It’s a solid, high-class piece of equipment. At this price, it’s hard to find a better multitool. I only regret the lack of a black version, but stainless steel may actually be more convenient for most. For most people: the steel Polish Wave+ with a luxurious holster is a great choice, highly recommended.

Fantastic multitool, really worth its price. The price may seem high, but the quality and number of uses make it worth every penny. Highly recommended! It has come in handy in many situations.

Very good quality leather case, plus a rope and belt cutter blade like on the Charge model. I bought it cheaper than the standard Wave+, definitely worth every penny.

I received it as a gift. Very solid and precisely made. One minus – the Polish Army version could have a dedicated tool for punching pins/pins in weapons or magazines. It's possible to improvise with what's already there, but it's a pity there's no dedicated element.
