Helikon Gunfighter Softshell Shark Skin Windblocker Jacket - Foliage Green

Unrestrictive, made from flexible, high-tech SharkSkin material, this softshell jacket is fleece-lined on the inside and on the collar. On the outside, the jacket is coated with DuPont Teflon for protection against dirt and light rain.

The jacket is equipped with seven pockets:
- two chest pockets with zips,
- two on the sleeves at shoulder height,
- one on the left sleeve above the wrist,
- one inside pocket with Velcro closure,
- one so-called ‘poacher ’ pocket - on the back under the cross with two independent accesses - from the right and left side.

The breathability of the jacket is 8,000 g/m2, which prevents excessive sweating.

The jacket has velcro panels on both shoulders, allowing you to attach any patches or emblems, e.g. the national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches, so you can give your jacket a personal touch.

The hood tucked into the collar is spacious enough to wear over a head already protected by a cap. It has a soft visor to protect the wearer from water running directly onto their face. The hood is sewn to the collar in such a way that the lining does not expose the neck. In this way, the wearer is not exposed to particularly sensitive areas.

The sleeves from the wrist to the elbow are reinforced with a hard-wearing fabric and the elasticated cuffs are replaced with a Velcro flap. This makes it possible to adjust the size depending on the thickness of the wrist and whether the wearer is also wearing gloves or a watch, for example.

Branches, leaves and other elements of the forest undergrowth do not adhere to the jacket, which is the case with fleece. The material is characterised by elasticity in all directions. The zips are made by the well-known Japanese company YKK.
