I have some reservations about the number of pockets—I could use one more inside pocket. I would also prefer the outer pockets to be closed with flaps, not zips. However, I really like the chest pocket for a phone, which closes with a zip. The collar is also excellent. I am curious to see how the jacket will perform in the rain.

Brandit Superior Jacket - Olive
The olive-shaded travel jacket features detachable sleeves, allowing it to transform into a vest. The outer layer is made of polyester coated with polyvinyl chloride, providing a waterproof level of 3000 mm/m2. The breathable inner mesh lining ensures proper air circulation.

The jacket is fastened with a wide full-length zip, which is protected by a windproof flap secured with buttons to guarantee warmth. A large hood, stowed in a high collar, elastic cuffs, and a drawstring at the bottom of the jacket provide additional protection against wind and precipitation.

The Superior model is equipped with eight spacious main pockets with smaller compartments. The pockets are secured with zips and Velcro, offering side or top access. Beneath the right chest pocket is a practical D-ring. An inner Velcro pocket is intended for small accessories.
MOLLE straps
On the front of the jacket, there are two rows of straps compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing the attachment of additional gear. A long velcro panel on the left pocket allows for the attachment of patches, such as a name tag.

This is a really solid, waterproof jacket. The hood hidden in the collar is a great solution. The jacket keeps you warm and has plenty of functional pockets. So far, products from this brand have never let me down.

I bought the Brandit Superior Jacket (olive colour) after some consideration because there weren't many opinions and I couldn't get a similar Helikon model in my size. Its cut and appearance are interesting thanks to the numerous pockets and straps—it somewhat reminds me of a fishing vest. The jacket is heavy; it's not very easy to fold—the material is quite stiff—but it provides very good protection against rain and wind. The downside is poor breathability—even if the mesh lining breathes, I still sweat a bit in it, especially in strong wind. I think underarm ventilation holes would be useful. Size L fits my body perfectly, sleeves are also appropriate, which isn't always a given for me. Overall, I recommend this jacket.

I had to exchange the jacket for a bigger size because, in my case, the sleeves were too short. The shop handled the exchange procedure excellently, for which I praise them highly. I tested the jacket in the rain in the forest, with the hood on my head; it has plenty of functional pockets. I think it's money well spent.

It's a pity that with so many pockets there aren't any slanted ones for the hands, but seriously, the jacket is excellent! Very well made, I ordered a slightly larger size to fit a fleece underneath for colder days. I haven't detached the sleeves yet, I'll probably do that in the summer.

The jacket looks very good and is well made. It's hard to say how long it will last, but it seems durable. I usually chose contract jackets before, but this time I was attracted by the colour. As for the express delivery—truly impressive.
