The patch fully matches the description. Careful and neat workmanship. The dimensions match the information from the manufacturer. It can be attached with a hook-and-loop fastener or sewn on.

The patch from 101inc. is very well made, the shop photo doesn’t do its quality justice, so I posted my own :) It’s thick, sturdy, the 3D effect is very noticeable, strong backing, vibrant colours. Very good quality and a reasonable price. I recommend it!
