I’m 176 cm, 85 kg, with a 40-inch chest, and size M fits perfectly, I even have a bit of room for an extra layer. I haven’t fully tested it yet, but it already feels better than the Helikon Gunfighter which is made in China btw, on the other hand M-Tac is made in Ukraine, if I’m not mistaken. The fleece is also slightly thicker than that of the Gunfighter, making it a bit warmer - ideal for early spring or autumn. Considering it’s half the price of the Gunfighter but seems better quality, it’s a no-brainer for me.

Very good softshell jacket with fleece liner. Material feels good and protects well against rain and wind, and is warm even without the fleece. The collar sits high around the neck and can hide the hood in it, but it might be too thick to wear with large plate carriers this way. There are also drawstrings to adjust the hem and collar. The fleece attaches to inside zippers and 3 buttons - one on the collar and two in the sleeves which can be fiddly but aren't hard to use. The fleece can be worn alone without trouble and also has 2 good sized pockets. The softshell pockets have lots of space, but the inside pockets need the fleece to be partially removed to reach. The quality is good with no defects. I recommend!
