Very good knife. I'm not an expert, but it fits great in the hand. It's well balanced and very sharp. The hardness is about 57 HRC. So far, it holds its sharpness perfectly, although I've been using it for just a short time. I bought a block for it, but because of the blade length (25 cm), it fits entirely into only one slot. The blade passes through the other holes, so I'll have to modify the block to avoid damaging the knife's tip. I recommend this very sharp knife.
