The hat is crafted from 185 g/m2 Nyco Extreme fabric, a combination of tough Cordura and breathable cotton. Featuring a Rip-Stop weave reinforcement, this fabric remains intact without crumpling or unraveling, even when damaged in specific areas. NyCo Extreme - resistant Cordura and breathable cotton
The Cordura fabric is noted for its exceptional durability. Due to its distinct fiber composition, it offers excellent protection against mechanical harm, even with heavy use.
Cotton ensures outstanding moisture management, while also providing breathability and minimizing the chance of skin chafing or irritation, which greatly enhances the comfort of wearing the hat.
In Rip-Stop weaves, thicker threads form an additional grid that reinforces the fabric, preventing damage from expanding over a larger area.
Adjustable brim and circumference, air cushion, mesh holes
The hat's circumference can be adjusted using an elastic cord with a stopper. The brim incorporates a wire, allowing for a precise fit to the head's shape.
To enhance comfort, the design includes an internal air cushion offering added thermal insulation to help preserve optimal body temperature. Despite this added protection, the cushion is lightweight and does not alter the hat's weight.
Mesh ventilation holes are placed at the front and back to ensure free airflow.
Accessory pocket, loops, Velcro
A looped webbing is stitched onto the hat to hold essential accessories or to attach a camouflage net. Inside, there is a flat pocket designed for storing small items.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
NyCo Extreme is a Rip-Stop reinforced nylon/cotton weave fabric designed for heavy use. It has three times better tear resistance, ten times better breathability and 35% faster drying time compared to NyCo's Mil-Spec specification fabric, while being 17% lighter.
