The Cordura fabric is recognized for its exceptional durability. The unique fiber structure offers outstanding protection against mechanical damage, even during heavy use.
Cotton ensures excellent moisture management while providing breathability and minimizing the risk of chafing or skin irritation, greatly enhancing the comfort of wearing the hat.
The thicker threads in Rip-Stop weaves establish an extra mesh that strengthens the material and prevents damage from extending further.
Adjustable brim and circumference, air cushion, mesh holes
The circumference of the hat can be adjusted using an elastic cord with a stopper. The brim incorporates an integrated wire, ensuring a customized fit to the head's shape.
To enhance comfort, this model includes an internal air cushion that offers added thermal insulation, supporting optimal body temperature maintenance. Even with this extra protection, the cushion remains lightweight and does not increase the hat's weight.
Mesh ventilation holes are located at the front and back, allowing for free airflow.

The hat was useful right away the next day after purchase during a mountain hike – it is very light and breathes great. The flexible brim allows you to shape the rim any way you want, which I consider a big plus. The quality of workmanship is excellent – this is already my third hat from UF PRO and I must say that the previous two boonie hats from Helikon can already be put aside. I definitely recommend it.

My first impressions are very positive. This premium product stands out in quality and design compared to other Boonie Hats in my collection. I chose a larger size based on online reviews, and it was the right decision. The hat is slightly loose, but can be adjusted with the drawstring. It's very comfortable and well-ventilated. The price is a bit higher, but it really makes an impression once unboxed.
