The Cordura fabric is recognized for its exceptional durability. The unique fiber structure offers outstanding protection against mechanical damage, even during heavy use.

Cotton ensures excellent moisture management while providing breathability and minimizing the risk of chafing or skin irritation, greatly enhancing the comfort of wearing the hat.

The thicker threads in Rip-Stop weaves establish an extra mesh that strengthens the material and prevents damage from extending further.

Adjustable brim and circumference, air cushion, mesh holes

The circumference of the hat can be adjusted using an elastic cord with a stopper. The brim incorporates an integrated wire, ensuring a customized fit to the head's shape.

To enhance comfort, this model includes an internal air cushion that offers added thermal insulation, supporting optimal body temperature maintenance. Even with this extra protection, the cushion remains lightweight and does not increase the hat's weight.

Mesh ventilation holes are located at the front and back, allowing for free airflow.

Accessory pocket, loops, Velcro

A webbing with loops is sewn onto the hat, allowing the attachment of essential accessories or a camouflage net. Inside, there is a flat pocket to store small essentials.

With the help of velcro panels, you can attach various patches or emblems, like a flag, unit insignia, or so-called Morale Patches.

    The hat was useful right away the next day after purchase during a mountain hike – it is very light and breathes great. The flexible brim allows you to shape the rim any way you want, which I consider a big plus. The quality of workmanship is excellent – this is already my third hat from UF PRO and I must say that the previous two boonie hats from Helikon can already be put aside. I definitely recommend it.

    This is already my second UFPRO Boonie hat. I think it is extremely comfortable to wear, and even though I usually reach for baseball caps more often in everyday life, I was looking for something more breathable for the summer. I also really liked the idea of the cooling insert. I recommend it to everyone.

    Best boonie I have owned, that said it is not exactly magical - it shines with additional airflow to help you cool down on long marches. But by far my favorite element about this is that it has a metal wire inside the outer edge to allow for molding the shape just right, no more looking like a wet towel. It does have a cooling pad option from UF PRO but I have not tried that yet, I sweat hard enough to do the job myself. One thing I am not too thrilled about is the velcro locations.. would have loved an identification bar in the back but that is a small down side, can always stitch that on myself.

    I absolutely recommend buying this. I measured my head circumference (58–59), so I ordered size L. It fits perfectly. The ventilation is excellent. Thanks to the elastic drawstring, the boonie can be secured at the back of the head so it doesn’t fly off even when riding a quad bike. I’m thrilled with the product. I’m going to get a second one as well.

    Excellent UF Pro hat, I got it in MultiCam color and it protects very well from the sun. In my opinion, this hat is the best on the market. I can't wait for the Woodland color to be back in stock so I can buy that one too. I highly recommend this hat, it's excellent.
