It’s only suitable for sitting for a short time, not for sleeping. I bought it so my son could sleep at his cousin’s, but eventually he got an air mattress, so I used it. Unfortunately, spending the whole night on this mat on the floor, even on carpet, was tiring. I like to sleep on something firm, but this didn’t work. For sleeping on the floor, you need at least 1 cm of thickness.
