Cold Steel Kitchen Classics Utility Knife
Universal kitchen knife, ideal for slicing vegetables, fruits, bread, and cold cuts. The serrated blade is made of German stainless steel 4116 Krupp. The black handle is made from durable Zy-Ex material.

Blade with a Drop-Point profile measures 152 mm in length and 1.5 mm in thickness. The serrated cutting edge retains its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen.
4116 Krupp steel, cryogenic hardening
The blade is crafted from high-quality German 4116 Krupp steel, subjected to cryogenic hardening, providing greater hardness (55–57 HRC) and impact resistance. Steel from ThyssenKrupp is known for excellent cutting properties, ease of maintenance, and high corrosion resistance.
