A lightweight jacket meticulously replicating the iconic M65 style, which famously figures in popular culture. This jacket has appeared numerous times in films and TV shows, being worn by characters portrayed by actors like Sylvester Stallone in Rambo, Robert De Niro in Taxi Driver, and Bronislaw Cieslak in 07 Come In. Constructed from a blend of polyester and cotton.

Thanks to the fabrics used, this model boasts high durability against mechanical wear and is resistant to rain and snow. The inclusion of cotton ensures excellent air circulation. The material is robust, simple to maintain, and dries swiftly.

It features four external pockets - two at hip level and two at chest level. The jacket also comes with two internal pockets fitted with: a zipper on the right and Velcro on the left.

The model is equipped with a zipper, which can be further concealed with a buttoned strip, enhancing insulation and protection against strong winds. The strip also prevents the zipper from jamming due to dirt, dust, sand, and leaves, or even from icy water or packed snow forming on it.

A stand-up collar provides wind protection, with a hood discreetly stowed under a zipper. Extra warmth is ensured by Velcro-adjustable cuffs and two drawstrings - one at waist level and another at the bottom.

I always wanted a jacket like this and finally managed to get one. It does its job, has a lot of pockets, looks great, and makes an impression. I also really like the color. I’m very satisfied with it.

One more thing I noticed—the logo next to the left upper pocket is sewn on completely differently than on other M65s from Alpha Industries. Recently, I looked at the same model in a shop and the material seemed thinner and softer. I'm wondering whether the jackets will maintain their quality level or if things will only get worse... Time will tell.

The jacket is really worth recommending. I'm 185 cm tall, weigh 86 kg, size M fits perfectly both with and without the liner. I noticed a few small flaws, like a slightly poorly sewn epaulet, but it makes no real difference. The price could be lower, as it sometimes puts people off. But I don’t regret the purchase! I've had M65s from different manufacturers and this is definitely the best. We'll see how long it lasts, because it seems the quality has dropped a bit compared to the one from 20 years ago.

I received my first original M65 Alpha Industries jacket (L) in a package from the USA in 1987 and I still have it to this day. Apart from some mild fading, which has only added to its charm, it hasn’t lost its quality. The liner is still in use too (it only lost the label with care instructions). Eight years ago I bought another original M65 jacket from Alpha—with minor changes (like two inside pockets: one with Velcro, another with a zipper) and a liner as well. Great for autumn, winter, and spring as a daily, casual outfit—irreplaceable.

This is a classic jacket for many years. Unfortunately, the price is high, but I think it’s worth buying! The materials and workmanship are top-notch, there have been some improvements compared to the original, but it's still a contract-style jacket.

This jacket brings me a lot of joy. I am sure it will serve me for many years, maybe even decades. Even without the liner, it's very warm—though it's a shame it's not included and has to be purchased separately. However, that's not a big flaw because I heard the liner is less durable than the jacket itself, and besides, you can wear a sweatshirt underneath. It has roomy pockets and looks very good. It’s resistant to abrasion, doesn't let wind through, and is easy to clean, but you have to watch out for resin, which leaves permanent stains—though they only affect the appearance. The jacket also works great in more elegant, though informal, outfits—just roll up the sleeves and collar, put on a shirt or sweater. It even fits for the theater or fancy parties. In other words, it's a very versatile wardrobe piece, not just for field trips. My only complaint is the sleeves are a bit too long, but you can tighten them with Velcro, and the right way of rolling them up makes them shorter.

The jacket is nice, but I don’t understand why it's made in larger sizes. It doesn’t match the contract version. Sometimes better is the enemy of good.

This is already a cult jacket. Is it worth paying so much for it? I think yes. The material is soft and very pleasant to the touch, the stitching is perfect, no threads sticking out. The zipper works very smoothly. For me, the lack of a liner is even a plus since I don’t use them anyway. I took size XL for a height of 188 cm and chest 116 cm—I have plenty of room for a fleece or additional jacket. I like when clothing doesn’t restrict movement. I definitely recommend this jacket.

Great jacket, excellent materials—a class of its own.

The jacket is solid, and the fact that someone mentioned production in China shows that they can make good clothes there too. As for the jacket itself, it’s a classic—people who know the deal won’t worry about the price. The quality is really high, after all it’s Alpha. I'm 176 cm, 101 cm chest, I ordered size M. It’s a bit loose, but with a sweatshirt it fits perfectly. In my opinion, every military fan should have it. The store service and shipping deserve top marks. I recommend it.

It’s not worth relying on the size recommendations because you might pick one that's too big. Additionally, Alpha Industries jackets made in China for 799 PLN is, in my opinion, too much. But the quality is very good and the model itself is iconic. Comparing to the contract version, or even Helikon, I do not recommend it.

It’s a classic, not much more to say. It has lots of pockets and is very durable.

For me, the only right option is the M65 from Alpha or the contract version—I don't consider any others! Made exactly according to MILSPEC requirements, but different from the contract version due to the liner pockets (one with Velcro, the other with a zipper—this was missing from my earlier contract M65) and the hood with a drawstring. I chose L/R, ideal for height 182 cm and chest 115 cm, with room left for the liner. The contract liner L fits great since the Alpha liner is too expensive—half the price of the M65, whereas you can buy the contract liner for 50 PLN. I highly recommend it to everyone!
