The Brandit M65 is truly an iconic jacket. The materials, stitching quality, wearing comfort, and practicality are all of a very high standard. It matches various styles and works for many occasions – whether going out to the city or for less formal meetings. I highly recommend it; it's definitely my favorite piece of clothing.
Brandit M65 Giant Jacket - Navy
The all-season jacket in Navy is modeled after the traditional American M65 design, renowned for its durability and practicality. Crafted from a cotton and polyester blend, it includes a detachable insulated liner, a hood concealed within the collar, and four functional pockets. The outer cotton fabric is pre-washed to provide the jacket with a unique vintage look.
The legendary M65 style has been featured frequently in films and television – donned by Sylvester Stallone in "Rambo", Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver", and Bronisław Cieślak in the series "07 Come In".
Durable materials, warming liner
The exterior shell is crafted from 100% cotton and has been factory-washed to create a vintage look. Inside, a detachable polyester liner is secured with a zipper. The liner's interior uses terry fabric to improve thermal comfort and ease of wear. Buttons at the neck and sleeves ensure the liner remains secure, preventing shifting and allowing complete freedom of movement.
4 large pockets
The M65 Giant model features four spacious snap-button pockets:
- a pair of chest pockets
- and a pair of hip pockets
These pockets provide handy storage for all your essentials.
Retractable hood, shoulder straps
A hood hidden within the high collar enables swift adaptation to shifting weather conditions. Straps on the shoulders emphasize the jacket's military style.
Wind and cold protection trim, adjustable cuffs
The main zipper is shielded by a snap-fastened wind flap, enhancing insulation and safeguarding the zipper mechanism from debris. Velcro-adjustable cuffs and drawstrings at the waist and hem allow for a customized fit, improving protection against cold and wind.

This is already my second M65 jacket. This time, too, as usual, top quality at a fair price. Pure cotton, metal zipper, removable inner lining jacket (not cotton). Perfect for all seasons. It won't be my last one.

Great jacket. I bought it with winter in mind and it works wonderfully. It might be a bit heavy, but with the liner it provides a lot of warmth. At -10°C, a regular long-sleeved shirt underneath is enough.

In my opinion, this is an excellent product. The jacket is comfortable and very warm. At -10 degrees Celsius and in the wind, I was not cold. The quality of workmanship is also at a high level. I have not used it long enough to comment on its durability. So far it works great. I definitely recommend it!

I wore it both in the city and in cool weather – it looks really cool, has a military fit, and that's why I constantly want to wear this one. With insulation, it's actually warmer than I expected, especially when it's windy. But in terms of practicality, there are some nuances: the fabric is more "cotton-like", meaning it won't protect you from rain – it soaks through faster than I'd like. There are a lot of pockets, but not all of them are convenient when you need to get something quickly. If you need a jacket for style and everyday wear, it's 100% suitable. If you're looking for something for the forest, wet weather, and harsh conditions, it's better to immediately have a raincoat or look for a different material.

The jacket is very comfortable and fits perfectly. You can always count on this company, and this model has never let me down. It is sturdy, warm, and looks very good! It's worth seeing for yourself. I often recommend it to friends and have bought it several times as a gift for family. I believe everyone should have at least one thing from Brandit in their wardrobe!

I have been wearing it for a long time and it works well both for everyday use and during colder trips. It protects well against wind and light rain, and thanks to the lining, you can adjust it to the temperature. The cut is comfortable and doesn’t look too “military”, so it’s perfectly suitable for the city. The material is solid and shows no significant signs of wear over time. The pockets are spacious and practical. A downside might be the rather stiff fabric at first, but after a few wears, it becomes more comfortable.

The Brandit M65 Giant jacket is a well-made piece of clothing in a traditional military style. The material is thick and durable, providing excellent protection against wind and cold, and the whole jacket gives a feeling of sturdiness. A big plus is the detachable, insulated lining, which makes the jacket suitable both for autumn and winter. The numerous pockets are functional and well-placed, and the fit ensures comfort for everyday wear. The jacket looks great, is comfortable to wear, and does its job perfectly no matter the weather. I wholeheartedly recommend it to those who are looking for durability and appreciate the M65 style.

Brandit m65 giant jacket. First impressions were the let down in yhe length of time it Took for the jacket To arrive. Was sold as 48 hours through royal mail. That was a lie. I waited five days with no return contact from customer support when trying to chase the item up. Guys just be honest about package delivery people will really appreciate it if you're up front. It shows a degree of respect. Right the jacket. I already own a brandit field jacket and thought id upgrade as its an awesome bit of kit. So when my new jacket finally came..... What a let down. I was expecting something a bit more well made. Firstly the material is cotton and therefore not water resistant, unlike my other jacket, its quite thready, unlike my other jacket, it just doesn't feel as reliable to withstand certain weathers or terrains, unlike my other jacket. However, what it does do is look coooool! I put it on and i was like struttin me stuff. Visions of an over the hill Rambo came into mind with a rusty pen knife and dodgy knees. I was on the cusp of returning the jacket and had begun the returns process but i just couldn't the thing go. And this is the thing. Its nowhere near as practical as my other jacket and im pretty certain the fabric will rip when out in the woods, and then the pockets really arent the best either. But...... It looks cool and for a jacket with bobble fleecy bits in it it is actually warmer than my field jacket which is surprisingly nice. So basically i am wearing it all the time and loving it against my better judgement. But it does look cool.

A massive and truly working jacket that immediately gives a sense of protection and reliability. It retains heat well, blocks the wind, and allows you to comfortably wear several layers underneath. The fit is secure, does not hinder movement even at an active pace. The material is dense, looks durable, and is ready for tough daily use. When wearing it, you get a clear feeling of a solid thing made not for just a season, but for years.

The jacket is comfortable and perfectly fitted. This brand has always worked for me, and this model has never disappointed me. It is durable, warm, and looks great! I encourage you to try it for yourself. I regularly recommend it to friends and have bought it several times as a gift for loved ones. In my opinion, everyone should have something from Brandit in their collection!

I wore it in different weather and every time I caught myself thinking that it is just comfortable and calm. It gives a sense of protection, as if you can ignore the wind or the chill and go about your business calmly. It doesn’t get in the way while moving, stays securely in place, and doesn’t create a feeling of heaviness. Over time, you begin to appreciate it precisely for its reliability and practicality, without any unnecessary glamour. Overall, it’s something that quietly becomes a favorite, because it truly adds confidence and comfort every day.

Wow! Back in the late 1960's as an apprentice in the Royal Air Force, I had an original M65 obtained from who knew where, but no lining and I wore it almost to death. I have no idea what happened to it but I have a feeling that someone else is still enjoying it. All I can say is that it was nowhere near the quality of this Brandit version. I am a 42-44 chest, 5' 10" tall and weigh about 81Kg. I bought the Large size after much reading of reviews and it is a perfect fit with the sumptuous lining in place with no room for draughts or anything more than a fleece top. This is most definitely only to be worn with the lining in on the coldest of days; it is just below 0°C today (but with the light wind it feels like -5°C) and after chopping some logs for the stove, I almost have a sweat on. The build quality is excellent and way better than I was expecting and it already looks like I have worn it half my life. Brilliant bit of kit and highly recommended. The only tiny niggle is that the canvas pull is missing from the lining zipper on one side, but in all honesty I shall probably cut off a length of the drawstring at the waist (which is very generous) and use that.

The perfect jacket. Quality, material, workmanship. Delivered very quickly. The size 100% matches the size chart. I hesitated for a long time between L and XL, ordered L and made the right choice. For my height of 182 cm, chest circumference of 110 cm, and weight of 94 kg, it's just right. Tried it on with a sweater and hoodie, fits like a glove, no discomfort, and without lining, it's slightly loose. Very warm, at 0 degrees, I only wear a long sleeve underneath, it's as warm as in an oven. Already planning to order a black one for variety. Thank you very much Military.eu!

Unfortunately, Brandit jackets are becoming worse in quality. I wore the first one for 5 years, but the second one already looked very worn after just two years. I'm even worried whether the third one will last until spring, because it already arrived from the factory with a hole in the pocket—the stitching came off the material. At first, the jacket is great: warm, comfortable, practical, and looks very nice. Unfortunately, it starts to deteriorate very quickly, which at first even adds a bit of charm, but later makes it unusable. I probably won't buy another one from this company.
