Brandit M65 Classic jacket with removable liner - Dark Camo

Warm all-season jacket in Dark Camo camouflage inspired by the iconic M-65 model. It features a removable liner, a hood hidden in the stand-up collar, four pockets (two on the chest and two at the waist), and shoulder epaulettes.

The jacket faithfully reproduces the M65 cut used by the US Army since the Vietnam conflict. The M65 is a true legend - practical, comfortable, roomy, sturdy. It has many followers around the world. Interestingly, it often appeared in movies and TV series, and was worn by characters portrayed by actors such as Sylwester Stallone in "Rambo" and Robert De Niro in "Taxi Driver".

sturdy construction, removable liner

The outer layer is made from a material combining durable polyester (80%) and breathable cotton (20%). Inside the jacket there is a thin polyester lining, which improves wearing comfort. The set also includes a removable liner with synthetic fabric insulation offering excellent thermal properties that effectively protects against the cold. For comfort, the liner is additionally kept in place by buttons sewn in near the neck and in the sleeves. Thanks to this, the jacket can be worn all year round.

4 roomy pockets

The model is equipped with four practical pockets fastened with snaps:

  • two at chest level
  • two around the hips

adjustable cuffs, waist drawstrings, shoulder epaulettes

Velcro-adjustable cuffs (velcro) and waist drawstrings protect against the cold and allow for a customized fit. Shoulder epaulettes give the jacket a distinctive character.

Zipper covered by a flap

The M65 model closes with a zipper, which can also be covered with a snap-fastened flap, helping retain warmth inside the jacket and protecting against wind getting through the zipper. The flap also prevents the zipper from jamming due to accumulated dirt, dust, and sand, as well as water freezing or snow clumping on the zipper.

Dark Camo camouflage

Dark Camo this camouflage is inspired by the classic M81 Woodland pattern, intended for the civilian market. The color scheme may vary depending on the manufacturer. It usually includes patches in dark gray, light gray, and black, but versions with added green or brown can also be found. The dark palette makes Dark Camo well suited to low-light conditions, urban terrain, and as part of a tactical outfit.

I reviewed the comments and decided to buy one size smaller. The L fits my 182/90, chest 110, shoulders 52 perfectly. With the liner, I tried it on with a light fleece and a sweater-turtleneck, and without the liner it fits anything—hoodies, sweaters, sweatshirts. I hope my description is helpful.
