I have mixed feelings. The pouch is small and you have to squeeze the tourniquet harder, rolling it up tightly. The advantage is the strap, which both secures the tourniquet and makes it easier to quickly remove from the pouch. The price and quality are acceptable, but I am not particularly satisfied. I bought this product, but I am unlikely to choose it again.

Durable medical pouch made of Cordura designed for carrying a tactical - compression hemostatic band type CAT or other items of similar dimensions. Straps compatible with the Molle system allow the pouch to be mounted on tactical equipment.
Solid Cordura, simple construction
Pouch made from durable Cordura characterised by high resistance to tears and abrasion. The simple design ensures quick access to the tourniquet even with gloves on, and the wide hook-and-loop fastener stabilises stored items and prevents them from falling out accidentally.
Wide range of adjustment and Molle system
The pouch features elastic cords with drawstrings to adjust the size to user needs. Additionally, the internal strap, which acts as a flap, can be detached, transforming it into an open pouch and facilitating access to the tourniquet. The detachable flap is mounted via broad velcro panels. The Molle strap system is responsible for fastening and is compatible with most vests, belts, and other tactical gear. On the outside of the flap, there is a panel with hook-and-loop that allows for customisation by placing a name tag or morale patch. The pouch is equipped with a medical designation in the form of a Med Cross patch.
