The spray and the microfiber cloth work amazingly well. Personally, I apply one spray on each side of the lenses and then wipe them with the cloth without touching the lenses with my fingers. The result is absolutely no fogging, even during more demanding work or when wearing a face mask, which used to be a major cause of my glasses fogging up.

I'll start with the cloth – it really cleans well, is soft, and works great for polishing glasses, which then look nice and shiny. However, the liquid hasn't fully convinced me. Maybe it does reduce fogging, but it leaves greasy marks visible under light that are hard to remove. I am giving four stars because perhaps this is normal for this type of product. However, I wouldn't recommend it for cleaning on its own.
