Taidea Splash 240/800 Stone Whetstone

A versatile stone knife whetstone, equipped with two gradations, enables precise sharpening of both knives and other cutting tools. The high-quality materials and intuitive operation make it an excellent choice for both professionals and home users.

The plates are made of corund, one of the hardest minerals, which ensures a long service life and effectiveness of the sharpener. This material maintains its properties over a long period of use, standing out for its high wear resistance and efficiency in action, making it ideal for professional sharpening.

The set includes a non-slip stand, which stabilises the whetstone during use, and a diamond stone for levelling the surface of the sharpener.

The whetstone is equipped with two different grit sizes for versatile use:

• 240 gradation - suitable for restoring sharpness to very blunt tools
• Gradation 2000 - for smoothing the edge of the knife after initial sharpening.

Instruction for use: Soak the stone in water (or spray it) or use whetstone oil before sharpening. Place the whetstone on a stable, flat surface. To sharpen, slide the knife over the stone, applying light pressure, first one side of the blade, then the other. It is recommended to keep the angle of the knife between 15 and 30 degrees.
