AUS-8 stainless steel
The blade of the knife is made of high quality AUS-8 stainless steel, which is equivalent to type 440 steel, and is characterised by high corrosion resistance. The steel is tempered to 58 HRC, which increased its hardness and resistance to dulling.
Handle made of durable plastic
The ergonomic handle is made of ABS plastic, which guarantees a firm grip and is resistant to water and detergents. The handle material requires no additional maintenance.
