A kitchen knife made of AUS-8 steel. One of the characteristics of this steel is its high chromium content, which positively affects the anti-corrosive properties of the steel. This makes Samura's knife excellent for use in the kitchen.
The blade, as long as 251 mm, is perfect for slicing large pieces of meat, cold cuts or bread.
The handle is made of polypropylene and given a texture that resembles that of a golf ball, so it provides a firm grip even when the hand is wet or dirty.
