Embroidered Morale Patch depicting the TS-11 Iskra training aircraft produced by WSK "PLZ Mielec" and designed by a team under the direction of Tadeusz Soltyk. It was the first Polish aircraft design powered by a jet engine.
The emblem is equipped with one-sided Velcro, which makes it easy to place it on a velcro panel on a uniform, cap, hip bag or backpack.
Morale Patch patches are worn by soldiers and other services alongside patches specific to their own unit to "boost morale." They are a kind of identifying and unifying element for the group and are part of soldier humor.
