Petzl GriGri+ belay device - Grey
Belaying device with assisted locking, made of durable aluminium and stainless steel. It facilitates belaying during patenting and effectively stops falls. Ideal for use both on artificial walls and in rock formations. Suitable for single dynamic ropes with diameters from 8.5 to 11 mm.
Lead and top rope climbing
The GriGri is suitable for both guided and rod climbing. In both cases it offers comfortable operation with the possibility of locking the belay mode. Additionally, it is useful for descents and controlled lowering. Equipped with an ergonomic handle, which provides a stable grip and allows easy unlocking of the rope.
Progressive sliding control, anti-panic handle and pictograms
The device's progressive control of rope travel guarantees smooth lowering or descending. The panic handle used automatically stops the lowering in the event of too strong a pull. To minimise the risk of the rope being incorrectly clipped in, pictograms are provided on both the outside and inside of the device.
