Peli Air Case 1745 Transport Case - Black

The transport case in black is made from an exceptionally durable and damage-resistant material created by Peli - a combination of HPX2 polymer materials. It excellently protects contents during transport and storage. The product meets the IP67 sealing standard, which guarantees protection against water and dust. Protection against mechanical damage and pressure changes ensures safety during air transport.

The casing is made from impact-resistant HPX2 resin, moulded by injection. The material is characterised by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the influence of atmospheric factors, such as moisture, dust, and fluctuating temperatures, while maintaining low weight. The construction features an O-ring that meets the IP67 sealing standard, guaranteeing complete protection against dust and water up to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with flexible cushioning foam that effectively dampens shocks and protects contents from mechanical damage. The design of the inserts allows for adjustment to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution allows for individual adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is important for delicate, shock-resistant equipment.

The reinforced lid is closed with 6 solid Press and Pull self-locking buckles, allowing for easy one-hand operation, with additional security provided by holes enabling content to be locked with padlocks. The interior of the case allows for free arrangement and organisation of contents. Rubber-covered transport handles located on the longer and shorter sides ensure a secure grip. Additionally, a retractable transport handle is placed on the shorter side.

The case meets MIL-SPEC certification requirements, confirming a professional level of protection during the transport of sensitive equipment. Resistance includes tests for low temperature, vibration, and vertical impact in accordance with DEF STAN 81-41, a standard used for military equipment.

The case equipment includes an automatic pressure equalisation valve that balances differences between internal and external pressure, making it easier to open after changes in altitude or temperature. The valve body is made from ABS, and the venting element from hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex fabric, which increases the sealing and protection of equipment in difficult transport conditions.

The case is additionally equipped with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, which facilitate movement. Steel ball bearings ensure smooth operation of the wheels.
