Merrell Speed Strike 2 Thermo MID Women's Boots - Monument
Women's shoes with a lightweight yet durable construction, made from recycled materials and equipped with a waterproof membrane. They combine the functionality of trekking and tactical footwear. The high and stiffened upper guarantees stability of the foot even on difficult terrain, which makes them an ideal choice for winter activities and outdoor expeditions.
Genuine leather, rip-stop reinforced material
The upper is made of a combination of genuine leather and tear-resistant rip-stop fabric. The recycled fleece lining provides additional comfort. The thermal insulation, consisting of 200 grams of synthetic, lightweight material, provides excellent warmth and comfort without adding unnecessary bulk to the shoe, allowing for comfortable use even in freezing conditions.
Special reinforcements on the upper and toe area provide additional protection in demanding terrain.
Waterproof membrane
Breathable and waterproof membrane effectively protects against water while wicking away moisture, keeping your feet dry even during intense activity.
EVA foam insole, Cleansport NXT
Removable insole made of EVA foam, 50% of which is recycled.
Cleansport NXT is an innovative technology that neutralises unpleasant odours thanks to the use of beneficial bacteria. After contact with sweat, the bacteria activate, producing enzymes that eliminate the odour-causing bacteria, keeping the shoes fresh throughout their entire service life.
Rubber sole, EVA midsole
The shoes have a two-layer EVA midsole for excellent support, stabilisation and shock absorption.
The flexible, abrasion-resistant rubber sole offers excellent cushioning, and thanks to the anti-slip tread and deep pattern, it guarantees very good traction even on wet or slippery surfaces.
Lacing system, tongue inserts
The high-sewn-in tongue effectively prevents sand, dust and other dirt from getting inside the shoes, and the two-zone lacing system allows for a precise fit. There is a loop at the back to make it easier to put on and take off the shoes.
