Anatomical insoles for shoes by M-Tac. They are made of soft PU foam, which adapts to the foot thanks to molecular memory. They have shock-absorbing properties, which nullifies shocks and provides stability. They are designed without a part supporting the instep of the foot.
The flexible material adapts to any position of the foot, preventing excessive strain on muscles, joints and ligaments. The mesh used allows ventilation and provides a comfortable microclimate in the shoes.

So far, everything is fine. The insole fits, even though the shoe is a bit smaller – it was easy to adjust. Feels good to the touch and while walking. It’s hard to say how long they’ll last, but so far I have no complaints.

After a month of daily use, the insoles started coming unglued, and the top layer peeled away from the foam and rolled up inside the shoe. The insoles themselves are quite comfortable and soft.

Decent insoles, fit the shoes well. They are soft and absorb shock well whether I’m walking or running. Made from solid materials. I recommend them!
