Morale Patch is made of flexible PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material in 3D technology. The emblem is equipped with one-sided Velcro, which makes it easy to place it on a velcro panel on a uniform, cap, waist bag or backpack. The Morale Patch depicts a woman holding an RPG-7 grenade launcher against a background of an explosion that resulted in the turret being separated from the hull of the tank.
Morale Patch patches are worn by soldiers and other services alongside patches specific to their own unit to "boost morale." They are a kind of identifying and unifying element for the group and are part of soldier humor.
