A velcro panel that allows you to embed Velcro patches on your equipment in the MOLLE/PALS system. Allows for marking with ID or so-called Morale Patches, equipment without factory velcro panels. The stiffened base with fasteners ensures proper adhesion of the patch. The dimensions of the panel are 80 by 85 mm.
