I definitely recommend this medical pouch – although there are cheaper options, this one works great, is small and very handy, ideal for a shooter to wear on the belt around the lower back. I only had to make minor modifications: I removed the Velcro from the back, which made it difficult to quickly pull the IFAK out from either side. With the original Velcro, it was much harder to take the kit out quickly – it was easier to tear your trousers than get it out, especially since the elastics holding the pouch are strong enough and no additional Velcro fastening is needed. I managed to fit a haemostatic, compressed gauze, nasopharyngeal tube, lubricant, Israeli bandage, occlusive dressing with valve, decompression needle and marker inside. Probably some blister plasters would also fit, but I didn’t put them in.

I wonder where all the good reviews of this first aid kit come from. The materials are fine, although the 500d cordura isn't particularly impressive. Unfortunately, the way the elements are arranged inside the kit reduces its functionality. It's supposed to be compact, which it is, but due to some poorly sewn rubber straps—there are several—only two can actually be used, as the others are too small to fit anything, and they just take up space that could have been better used, for example, for extra dressings. At this price, the old kits from Miwo were, in my opinion, more practical, and moreover, they were made in Poland.

The IFAK works very well, but after putting in an Israeli bandage there is little space left for additional items. It is worth removing the small hook-and-loop fastener inside the sleeve, which prevents it from being slid out sideways – in my opinion, it is unnecessary, because retention still keeps the kit in place, and it's very difficult to remove with the fastener attached.

After arranging the contents properly, I managed to fit: a 4" Israeli dressing, two vented dressings, kaolin gauze, a small self-adhesive bandage, and a few small items. The molle mounting system works very well; removing the pouch is easy both from the left and the right side – the well-thought-out handles on both sides are very helpful. Two straps inside allow for quick opening of the zip. I recommend it!

A very good, durable, and spacious first aid kit. I was able to fit everything I wanted to have with me – both at the shooting range and during trips to the forest or mountains. Well-made from sturdy material, the zips work without any problems. I definitely recommend it.

The first aid kit is solidly made, although the interior layout could have been better thought out. After minor modifications (removing the stitching in the elastic bands), it fits the necessary equipment. I managed to fit a haemostatic dressing, a 15cm Israeli bandage, 2 vented dressings, two small bandages, two nasopharyngeal airways, gauze, a decompression needle, 2 pairs of gloves and 3 small sterile compresses. On a belt, the kit is stable and access to it is trouble-free.

The IFAK is very sturdy, with an external part that is resistant to abrasion. The interior (first aid kit) is not fully well thought out – the elastic holders could be placed differently, and instead of two small compartments, one wider one would be better. This means you have to make a compromise with the equipment, but overall it looks good. I would consider buying a larger version.

Small, handy and fits well. Very solidly made. There is enough space for basic equipment, but there may be problems fitting larger dressings.

In my opinion, the first aid kit is ideal and the best on the market, even compared to products from top brands specialising in tactical equipment.

The kit works well for smaller dressings, but if you want to add larger ones, such as an Israeli bandage, it gets tight. The quality of workmanship is faultless. For now, I'll use it, but I don't rule out choosing something bigger in the future.
