Medical pouch made of Cordura, perfect for carrying a tactical tourniquet such as hemostatic tourniquet CAT type. Thanks to the Velcro closure, the tourniquet can be quickly retrieved from the interior.

The internal walls of the pouch are made of nylon webbing. An elastic band is sewn on the side, serving to place a marker for marking the time of tourniquet application.

The pouch is attached using the MOLLE system, which allows it to be mounted on a tactical vest or belt.

Camouflage MultiCam

MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior project. It was designed to create a universal camouflage pattern that works effectively in diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours that smoothly transition between shades of green, brown, and beige. As a result, it can adapt to the background, adopting green shades in forested areas and browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern Europe, it is particularly effective in autumn and among dried vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by many armies and special units. In 2010, it was officially adopted as the camouflage pattern by the American army for the mission in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). It is also available for civilians, making it popular among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

    The pouch is sturdy, fits the CAT gen. 7 tourniquet, although quite tightly. I appreciate the extra space for a pen, so in stressful situations you know where to find it. I have it attached to my tactical belt and it holds well.

    The pouch is well made and suits the CAT gen. 7 tourniquet. It attaches perfectly to a Whistler 35 backpack with the MOLLE system. Recently, due to using a helmet carrier for a climbing helmet, I moved it to the backpack’s hip belt, which seems the best solution.

    Like all the M-Tac products I have purchased so far, this one is also solid and well-designed. The only thing that could be improved is the molle attachment system – the back straps are slipped in and can come loose by themselves. On the plus side, there is an elastic band on the side for a marker to write down the time the tourniquet was applied.

    The pouch fits the CAT tourniquet, but just barely – the velcro could be longer as closing is difficult with the standard fold of the tourniquet. However, you can fold it differently, leaving more room for the velcro. Despite this minor flaw, the price to quality ratio is very favourable.

    If you make an effort, you can also fit scissors into the pouch. The product seems durable and well-made. The loop for the marker could be a bit bigger to more easily fit a thicker marker.

    The material is of very good quality, the pouch is flexible and adapts well to the shape, the Velcro holds firmly. A plus is the flexible pocket for the marker. The price is adequate for the quality – I recommend it, it's better than the Maskpol tourniquet pouch.

    I think it's a good purchase for people who have a tactical vest, because you can conveniently hide it and have quick access. The extra space for a pen is an interesting idea. The downside is the difficulty in matching the colour to a backpack.
