M-Tac Combat Shirt summer - MM14

Summer tactical Combat Shirt, designed for use in the warmer months. The lightweight, breathable and stretchy fabric provides a comfortable fit, maintains optimal temperature and effectively wicks moisture away.

The sleeves are made of a blend of cotton and polyester, reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave, which increases resistance to abrasion and tearing. The rest of the sweatshirt was sewn from breathable and flexible nylon (Cordura), which provides high comfort and adequate thermoregulation. To improve air circulation, mesh panels have been placed under the armpits, which increases the comfort of use, even during intense exertion.

The cuffs can be adjusted thanks to Velcro fasteners, allowing for a precise fit on the wrists. The model also features a padded collar with a short YKK zipper and pockets for elbow protectors.

On both shoulders there are pockets fastened with YKK zippers. Sewn-in Velcro panels allow attaching selected emblems, such as the national flag, unit emblem or Morale Patches, giving the sweatshirt an individual character. Two narrow, open pockets on the left sleeve are designed for pens or other similarly shaped items (such as a cubotan or chemical baton).

The name MM-14 is an abbreviation for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern) and the year 2014, when the camouflage was officially approved. The pattern refers to the American UCP camouflage, but shades were chosen to match the colors naturally found on Ukrainian territory. The introduction of the MM-14 camouflage pattern was an important part of the Ukrainian army's reform to break with post-Soviet identification. Unofficially, MM14 camouflage also goes by the names Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
