Kazak Model 100 Sharpener - Set

A professional device designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. The stable system of fixing the knife in the clamps ensures precision, and the possibility of rotating the blade without removing it streamlines the whole process. Sharpening is quick, safe and requires no specialist skills.

The powder-coated steel base has adjustable stands to improve stability during use. The guide made of alloy steel with a diameter of 8 mm and a roughness of 0.4 Ra has a high resistance to damage. The 7075 alloyaluminium clamps have been additionally heat treated, which increases their durability.

The quick angle adjustment mechanism used works on the basis of a toothed guide rail. Turning the knob allows the sharpening angle to be changed smoothly and instantly. The quick-release frame of the rotary head and the built-in hook allow the cutting edge to be checked without removing the blade. There is also an option to lock the rotary unit for increased control over the sharpening process.

The vertical tilt adjustment of the entire unit allows the positioning to be adjusted to the user's individual preference. In addition, the top hole with M8 thread allows for the installation of a light, and the design also provides space for an electronic protractor.
